What can I expect on our coaching call?
Diving into all things you. We will dig into what your current health challenges are and get to root of what is contributing to them. From there we will create a game plan on what the path to health can look like moving forward. If it’s a good fit i’ll be happy to share how i would work with it, otherwise I’ll share what I believe the next best steps for you are.
What makes your approach different?
Because I know health requires looking at the whole being. Sleep for example is a product of a dysregulated nervous system. This can stem from challenges with the body, mind or heart (emotions) but likely a combination. It’s important to support the whole being when regaining our health for long term change.
How do I know if this is the right fit for me?
This is the importance of the free call. I only take on clients who i believe are good fits and who I believe I can really support. Same goes for you, I only want you to work with me if this feels right.
What is the investment?
I don’t do a one size fits all model so it’s important I get an idea of what you are going through before we talk about money. I want to be sure everything is a good fit and I’m confident I can help you regain your health.
